Four-Layer Delight

  1. Combine flour, softened margarine and 1/2 cup pecans in bowl; mix well.
  2. Spread in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
  3. Chill in refrigerator.
  4. Cream confectioners sugar, cream cheese and 1 cup whipped topping in mixer bowl until light and fluffy.
  5. Spread over chilled layer.
  6. Chill for 15 minutes.
  7. Prepare pudding mix using package directions, reducing milk to 3 cups.
  8. Spread over creamed layer.
  9. Chill for 5 minutes.
  10. Spread with mixture of remaining 1 cup whipped topping and 1/2 cup pecans.
  11. Yield:
  12. 15 servings.
