Meatloaf
- 1 1/2 pounds ground chuck
- 1/2 pound sausage Tennessee Pride
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 1 teaspoon celery salt
- 4 slices bread worth of bread crumbs
- 2 eggs beaten
- 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 cup ketchup
- 2 tablespoons mustard
- Mix 2 Tbs brown sugar, 1 cup ketchup, and 2 Tbs mustard together and set aside. This is the topping for the meatloaf.
- Use a large bowl to mix all the other ingredients well......hands are the best tool.
- Spray a large 13 x 9 pan with Pam. Put meat in pan and form into long loaf.
- Preheat oven to 350F. Pour topping over meatloaf. Bake for 75-90 minutes
