Meatloaf

  1. Mix 2 Tbs brown sugar, 1 cup ketchup, and 2 Tbs mustard together and set aside. This is the topping for the meatloaf.
  2. Use a large bowl to mix all the other ingredients well......hands are the best tool.
  3. Spray a large 13 x 9 pan with Pam. Put meat in pan and form into long loaf.
  4. Preheat oven to 350F. Pour topping over meatloaf. Bake for 75-90 minutes
