Buttered Chicken Steaks
- 6 chicken breasts
- salt
- ground black pepper
- lemon juice to season chicken breasts
- breadcrumbs
- grated Parmesan cheese
- garlic powder
- parsley Ground
- flour
- 2 eggs beaten
- butter for frying steaks, enough to cover the pan
- 2 1/8 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon white wine
- 1 lemon juice
- broccoli baked
- mashed potatoes Homemade
- Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and lemon juice to taste.
- Mix the breadcrumbs with cheese, garlic powder, and ground parsley.
- Dredge the chicken breasts in flour, then in beaten eggs, and finally in the breadcrumbs.
- Fry in a bit of butter (enough to cover the skillet).
- Heat the butter, white wine, and lemon juice to a boil, then reduce heat.
- To serve, sprinkle the chicken with the butter sauce, and accompany with broccoli, and mashed potatoes.
