Triple Chocolate Mug Cake
- 1/4 cup whole wheat flour
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup whole milk
- 1/4 teaspoon coffee powder
- 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil / unsalted butter
- 1 pinch salt
- 1/8 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 squares milk chocolate
- 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
- 5 1/2 tablespoons beaten egg well-
- Melt the butter and chocolate chips in a microwave safe mug. Give it a quick stir.
- Add to it flour, sugar, cocoa, baking powder, egg, vanilla extract, coffee powder, milk and salt. Stir until well combined.
- Just roughly break the chocolate squares and add it on top. Don't stir after that.
- Pop it in the microwave for 1min and 30 sec. Let the cake sit for 5min.
- Add a scoop of vanilla ice-cream on top.
- Serve immediately. Enjoy!!
