Never Easier Potato Casserole

  1. Use a medium saucepan to boil water.
  2. Sprinkle maize meal into boiling water, in small quantities.
  3. Stir continuously until all the maize meal becomes a mixture of thick paste.
  4. To make sure there are no lumps, use a wooden spade.
  5. Continue stirring until the mixture is thick.
  6. Cover it under very low heat for 10 minutes at the same time.
  7. Stir every 3 minutes to make sure it does not stick to the saucepan.
  8. Serves 6 to 8.
