Pollo Con Naranja(Chicken With Orange)

  1. Advance Preparation:
  2. Brown chicken in hot butter or oil in skillet.
  3. Remove chicken.
  4. Add flour, salt and spices to skillet, stirring to form a paste.
  5. Add orange
  6. juice and Tabasco sauce. Stir constantly until mixture thickens and comes to a boil.
  7. Add chicken, raisins and almonds.
  8. Cover tightly.
  9. (May be refrigerated overnight.)
