Santa Fe Pizzas
- 2/3 cup beans cooked
- 1/3 cup green bell pepper diced
- 1 scallion diced
- 1/2 cup cilantro minced
- 1 cup cheese melting, shredded, such as Chihuahua, may substitute a mild colby or cheddar
- 1 avocado
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 tablespoon chile flakes may substitute cayenne
- ground black pepper
- 1 lime
- Roll out the pizza dough to form 2 pizzas. Divide the beans, pepper, scallions, and cilantro between them.
- Sprinkle with cheese and place into a hot oven for 10-15 minutes, until the dough is slightly golden and the cheese is melted.
- Make the guacamole by mashing the avocado and combining with the garlic salt, chile flakes, pepper, and lime juice.
- Let the pizzas cool for 5 minuts after removing from oven and top with guacamole. Serve.
