Gluten Free Saki Pad Thai Recipe

  1. Place the noodles in 8 cups (4 pints/2L) of water and boil until the noodles are tender yet firm. Rinse under cold water.
  2. In a strong wok, heat oil, add ginger, garlic fry then add remaining and vegetables.
  3. Add noodles, and spice up with sake, chili and soy sauce. Stir well, sprinkle the coriander on top and serve hot.
