Gluten Free Saki Pad Thai Recipe
- 3 carrots peeled & sliced into strips
- 1 onion peeled & sliced into strips
- 2 zucchini sliced into strips
- 3.5oz (100g) fresh bean sprouts
- 2 medium red peppers sliced
- 1/2 cup chopped coriander
- 3 garlic cloves fried
- 3 tbsp sweet chili
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp canola oil
- 1 box Explore Cuisine Pad Thai Noodles
- Place the noodles in 8 cups (4 pints/2L) of water and boil until the noodles are tender yet firm. Rinse under cold water.
- In a strong wok, heat oil, add ginger, garlic fry then add remaining and vegetables.
- Add noodles, and spice up with sake, chili and soy sauce. Stir well, sprinkle the coriander on top and serve hot.
