Red, White & Blue Chex Mix

  1. Preheat the oven 275F
  2. In a small pot melt the butter, brown sugar, corn syrup, honey and salt.
  3. Bring to a soft boil for a few minutes, remove and allow to cool for 2 minutes.
  4. In a large bowl place 9 cups rice chex.
  5. Stir in the butter mixture, stir gently until well coated.
  6. Spread Evenly on a cookie sheet and bake for 60 minutes.
  7. Stir every 15 minutes so that it bakes evenly!
  8. Cool completely.
  9. Stir in the candies, and enjoy! :-)
