Easy Vegetable Pizza On A Whole Wheat Crust
- 1 peppers medium red bell, capsicum, chopped
- 1 green bell pepper medium, chopped
- 1 onion small, chopped
- 1 medium tomato seeded and thinly sliced
- 2 cups baby spinach
- 2 cups mushroom sliced
- 1 cup basil
- 4 cups light mozzarella cheese shredded
- 2 cups pizza sauce
- 1 cup water
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups flour
- 2 cups whole wheat flour
- Make pizza dough per directions for your bread machine.
- Preheat oven to 450.
- Roll dough out into 2 14" round circles.
- Top dough with pizza sauce, 1 cup cheese, layer vegetables and basil, then top with another cup cheese.
- Bake on pizza stone for 12 - 15 minutes until cheese is bubbly and melted and dough is cooked through.
