Quick And Easy Fish - Actifry

  1. Peel the onions and cut into rings.
  2. Place the onion slices on the bottom of the Actifry and drizzle with olive oil.
  3. Place the thawed medallions of hake on top.
  4. Season with a little salt, paprika, and garlic powder. Sprinkle with a little olive oil and cook in the Actifry for 7 minutes.
  5. After 7 minutes, turn the medallions over and cook for 5 more minutes.
  6. Finally, cover the medallions with the shoestring potatoes and sprinkle the grated cheese on top.
  7. Cook for 2 or 3 more minutes, but watch carefully - the cheese should just melt on top of the potatoes, but not burn.
