Peach And Raspberry Crumble

  1. Preheat oven to 180 u0b0 C.
  2. Cut out 4 pieces of parchment paper.
  3. Place peaches in the center of each piece of paper, add 1 teaspoon of sugar, and 1/2 vanilla pod cut open along the entire length.
  4. Close the papers with a string.
  5. Arrange on a baking sheet, and for bake 15 minutes.
  6. Cut the peaches and put them in a baking dish with the raspberries.
  7. Sprinkle with 1 tablespoon of sugar.
  8. In a bowl, put the flour, oats, brown sugar, and cinnamon, then mix and add the cold butter in pieces.
