5-Minute Frozen Yogurt
- 4 cups frozen blueberries
- 3 tablespoons agave nectar or honey
- 1/2 cup yogurt coconut-flavored
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 3/4 cup sweetened flaked coconut optional
- Add the blueberries, honey, yogurt and lemon juice to the work bowl of your KitchenAid(R) Pro Line(R) Series Food Processor. Process the ingredients for 5 minutes until smooth. Serve the frozen yogurt immediately topped with toasted coconut (recipe follows), or store it in an airtight container in the freezer until ready to serve.
- Optional Topping: Preheat your KitchenAid(R) 12" Convection Bake Countertop Oven to 350u0b0F. Line the countertop oven baking tray with parchment paper then spread the flaked coconut in an even layer. Toast the coconut for about 10 minutes, stirring as needed, until it's golden brown. Serve atop the blueberry frozen yogurt.
