Cocoa And Peanut Biscuits
- 1 1/4 cups flour without yeast
- 5 9/16 tablespoons cocoa
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 5 7/16 tablespoons dark brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract homemade
- 11/16 cup peanut
- 7 tablespoons butter
- Preheat the oven to 170u0b0C.
- In a bowl, mix the flour, cocoa, baking soda, and salt.
- Beat the butter and the sugar in a blender until smooth, then add the egg and vanilla extract. Mix well.
- Add the flour mixture, and mix again.
- In a mortar, coarsely break the peanuts, and add to the batter.
- Use an ice cream scoop to spoon out 12 equal pieces on a baking tray lined with parchment paper, spaced 6 inches apart.
- Bake for 20 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean and dry.
