Apricot Sticky Ribs
- Crisco Original No-Stick Cooking Spray
- 1/3 cup Smucker's(R) Simply Fruit(R) Apricot Spreadable Fruit
- 1/3 cup white vinegar
- 1/3 cup hoisin sauce
- 1 teaspoon gingerroot grated fresh
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 5 pounds baby back ribs
- ADJUST oven rack to middle position. Heat oven to 375u0b0F. Cover a 12 x 18 x 1-inch baking pan with aluminum foil and spray with no-stick cooking spray.
- MIX apricot spread, vinegar, hoisin sauce, gingerroot and garlic in small bowl until well combined.
- CUT rib racks into individual ribs. Season with salt and pepper; place meaty side down on prepared baking pan.
- BAKE 15 minutes. Turn ribs; brush with apricot glaze. Bake 15 minutes. Repeat, turning ribs and brushing with glaze. Bake additional 10 minutes or until ribs are cooked through and begin to brown.
