Shrimp And Avocado Salad
- About 12 medium shrimps
- Hand full of spinachs
- 1/2 Tomatoes (diced)
- 1/4 Onions (chopped)
- 1/2 Avocado (slices)
- 1 tsp of lemon (juice)
- 1/3 tsp of Weber (all natural Boston Bay seasoning)
- 1/4 tsp of Flavor God (lemon and garlic)
- 1/4 tsp of ground cayenne pepper (optional)
- 1/2 tbs of parsley flakes
- 1/4 tsp of black pepper
- Salt to taste
- 1/4 tsp of minced garlic
- 1 tbs of olive oil for the salad
- 1/2 tsp of olive oil to fry shrimp
- Defrost the shrimp.
- In a large or medium bowl combine the spinach, diced tomatoes, diced onions, and the sliced avocado.
- Then add the lemon, salt, and olive oil to the bowl. Mix everything together. Then set aside in a plate.
- Make sure the shrimp is dry. In another bowl combine the shrimp with minced garlic, black pepper, parsley, Weber (all natural Boston Bay seasoning), and Flavor God (lemon and garlic). Mix very well.
- In a medium pan add olive oil. Set stove to medium. Then add the combined shrimp.
- Make sure the shrimp is well cooked.
- Then combine the shrimp to the plate.
- ....And BINGO you have your meal.
