Oven Fried Corn Flake Chicken & Sweet ~ Garlic Broccoli
- 3 pounds chicken breast
- 7 cups corn flakes
- 1 egg
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
- olive oil - drizzling
- 1 bunch broccoli fresh
- 7 cloves garlic - chopped
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 cup water
- Preheat Oven 350 degrees:
- Place the corn flakes in a food processor and add the spices. Give a few chops. Do Not over process the corn flakes and make them too fine.
- Combine the egg, milk and flour in a bowl and mix until smooth. Dip the chicken in the batter and then coat with the cereal.
- Drizzle a little olive oil in the bottom of a baking dish and place the chicken in the baking dish. Drizzle a little olive oil on top of the chicken and bake for about 45-50 minutes or until the juices run clear. Let the chicken rest, before serving, for about 5-10 minutes after taking it out of the oven.
