Pasta With Onions And Anchovies(Easy Sauce To Make While Pasta Cooks)

  1. Cook spaghetti pasta according to package instructions.
  2. While that is cooking, combine garlic and Puritan in small saucepan. Brown garlic in oil.
  3. (Browned garlic will prevent "garlic breath". Uncooked garlic is the culprit!)
  4. Add tomato, basil and oregano just until heated.
  5. When spaghetti is cooked al dente (just slightly undercooked), drain.
  6. Do not rinse.
  7. In large pasta bowl, add oil/garlic mixture and toss thoroughly.
  8. Cracked black pepper should be added by each individual.
  9. Eat immediately.
