Squash Casserole

  1. Preheat oven to 350u0b0.
  2. In a medium saucepan, boil squash and onion together until tender.
  3. Drain well.
  4. In a large bowl, mix squash, egg, margarine, sugar, 1/2 cheese, 1/2 cracker crumbs, soup and seasonings. Mix well.
  5. Put in buttered 2-quart casserole dish. Top with remaining cheese and crumbs. Bake at 350u0b0 for 20 to 30 minutes or until thoroughly heated and bubbly.
  6. Serves 6 to 8.
