Cottage Cheese Muffins

  1. Mix the flour, egg, butter, and lard. Knead well with about 0.5 deciliters warm water, and season with a little salt.
  2. Beat well, and let rest while you prepare the filling.
  3. Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
  4. Use a fork to mash the cottage cheese. Stir in the eggs, egg yolks, sugar, butter, and cornstarch. Mix until creamy.
  5. Roll out the dough very thin.
  6. Cut out slices of dough, and line greased and floured cupcake pans with the dough.
  7. Fill with the cream cheese mixture.
  8. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until golden.
