Easy Milk Chocolate And Dried Cranberries Cookies
- 3 1/2 ounces sugar cane granulated
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 6 2/3 tablespoons milk chocolate chips
- 1 1/4 cups dried cranberries
- 1 egg
- 5 5/8 tablespoons melted butter
- In a large bowl, mix the sugar, flour, baking powder, milk chocolate chips, and dried cranberries. Add the melted butter and the egg. Mix with a wooden spoon or your fingers.
- Heat the oven to 175 degrees Celsius.
- On a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, place small mounds of cookie dough, press lightly with the back of a teaspoon.
- Bake for 8 to 10 minutes, let them cool before putting them on a rack. The cookies will harden a little while cooling, therefore it is not necessary to bake them longer.
- If you want to save time, or as a gift, you can place all the ingredients (except for the egg and butter) in a jar as shown on the picture.
