Chocolate And Hazelnuts Cookies
- 1 3/16 cups dark chocolate fondue
- 4 1/4 tablespoons butter
- 6 3/8 tablespoons sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 7/16 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 pinch salt
- powdered sugar
- 9/16 cup hazelnuts coarsely chopped
- Microwave the chocolate and butter at full power in 10 second intervals, stirring after each 10 seconds until completely melted.
- Beat the eggs with the sugar until you get an eggnog with foam. With the whisk, gradually add the melted chocolate, stirring well.
- Sift flour with baking powder and salt and add them into the mix.
- Finally, add the coarsely chopped hazelnuts.
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and place in the fridge to harden a bit (about 2 hours).
- Form small balls, soak in powdered sugar, and bake in preheated oven at 180C for about 10-15 minutes.
