Chocolate And Hazelnuts Cookies

  1. Microwave the chocolate and butter at full power in 10 second intervals, stirring after each 10 seconds until completely melted.
  2. Beat the eggs with the sugar until you get an eggnog with foam. With the whisk, gradually add the melted chocolate, stirring well.
  3. Sift flour with baking powder and salt and add them into the mix.
  4. Finally, add the coarsely chopped hazelnuts.
  5. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and place in the fridge to harden a bit (about 2 hours).
  6. Form small balls, soak in powdered sugar, and bake in preheated oven at 180C for about 10-15 minutes.
