Pan Fried Salmon Filler With Sesame Seed, Olive Oil And Lemon Recipe
- 1 salmon fillet per person
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- sea salt
- 1 lemon juice
- sesame seeds
- black pepper
- paprika powder
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- chilli flakes / chilli powder
- Serve with potatoes, rice or salad and a wedge of lemon for extra flavour. nnIn a bowl combine all your ingredient and coat your salmon fillet with it from all the sides. nnHeat up your pan on medium heat (not too much so you do not burn the sesame seed and oil) and pan fry it from all your sides. I have it for about 4 minutes on every side = 12 minutes. That gives me the filled cooked to perfection. It is not raw in the middle (sometimes I enjoy that) but it is not overcooked and too stiff or almost dry.
- I have this with a salad or if I have any leftover side. If you want something quick but still filling you can pan fry your vegetables as well on some healthy oil. Or you can add any yummy chilli or salad sauce.nnEnjoy.
