Tripe Soup

  1. Wash tripe in water and vinegar.
  2. Season tripe with salt and pepper.
  3. Let stand for 30 minutes.
  4. Cook in 1/2 pot water for 1 1/2 hours or pressure cook for 1/2 hour.
  5. Add onion, cabbage, pumpkin and other vegetables; season to taste.
  6. Add spaghetti 30 minutes before the soup is finished cooking.
  7. If the soup is too thick, add a little water and season to taste.
