2 Ingredient Pizza Base + Veggies

  1. Combine 2 cups flour with 1.5 cup greek yoghurt.
  2. Mix until a dough forms. If too dry, add a little more yoghurt.
  3. Split into fist sized balls and roll out with floured rolling pin or wine bottle. Use extra flour to prevent sticking (I use lots!)
  4. Combine drained diced tomatoes, tomato paste, oregano and some pepper in a food processor. Whizz!
  5. If you don't have a food processor you can mash with a potato masher or finely chop and mix.
  6. Pre-heat the oven at 190 deg cel (375 deg f)
  7. Roll out dough so it is 0.75 cm thin
  8. Spread a base of pizza sauce leaving 1cm at the edge.
  9. Top with your chosen toppings!
  10. Place in oven on baking paper or pizza tray for 20 minutes or so, keeping an eye to make sure dough is cooking and cheese is melting/browning.

wholemeal self raising, greek yoghurt, tomato, clove garlic, oregano, tomatoes, mozzarella, handful of basil, zucchini, fetta, dill
