Healthy Mocha Brownies

  1. Preheat your oven to 375 F.
  2. Put your chocolate (not the chocolate chips) and butter in a glass bowl and cook it over in a water bath. This will prevent your chocolate from burning and will give you a luxurious glossy mixture.
  3. Put your dry ingredients in a separate bowl and mix them.nnce your chocolate and butter are melted (check the picture above), add your sugar to cool down the mixture.
  4. This is an important step, if you add the eggs right away you will end up with scrambled eggs.ndd your eggs and stir until it's completely smooth.
  5. Add your shot of espresso.nlowly incorporate your dry ingredients. Mix very well in order to avoid having any lumps, then add your chocolate chips and pecans.
  6. Lay down some parchment paper on your brownie pan and pour in your mixture. The mixture should be thick and sticky.
  7. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes. Once done, let your brownies completely cool down, cut and serve.
