Ham And Fresh Vegetable Medley

  1. In 12-inch skillet over high heat, cook peppers, onion, squash and ham in hot salad oil about 5 minutes, stirring frequently. Reduce heat to medium; add water, bouillon, basil, salt and pepper.
  2. Cook until vegetables are tender-crisp, stirring occasionally, about 5 minutes.
  3. Add tomato wedges; continue cooking until tomatoes are heated through.
  4. Makes 4 main dish servings.
