Pork Goulash
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon pork
- 1 pound pork Cubed Boneless
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 cup water
- 1 teaspoon caraway seed
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 16 ounces sauerkraut drained
- 1 onion medium, sliced
- egg noodles cup Uncooked
- 1 cup sour cream Dairy
- In a small bowl, combine flour, paprika, and salt. Toss meat in flour mixture to coat.
- In a large saucepan or Dutch oven, brown meat in hot oil. Add water, caraway seed, pepper, sauerkraut, and onion; mix well. Cover; simmer 30 minutes or until meat is tender, stirring occasionally.
- Meanwhile, cook egg noodles according to package directions. Add pasta and sour cream to meat mixture; stir to combine. Cook until thoroughly heated, but do not boil.
