Pork Goulash

  1. In a small bowl, combine flour, paprika, and salt. Toss meat in flour mixture to coat.
  2. In a large saucepan or Dutch oven, brown meat in hot oil. Add water, caraway seed, pepper, sauerkraut, and onion; mix well. Cover; simmer 30 minutes or until meat is tender, stirring occasionally.
  3. Meanwhile, cook egg noodles according to package directions. Add pasta and sour cream to meat mixture; stir to combine. Cook until thoroughly heated, but do not boil.
