Cacao Nib Oatmeal Cookies

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 u0b0 C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper
  2. Mix the milled linseeds with the water and set aside
  3. Mash the banana with a fork then combine with coconut nectar syrup and the almond milk
  4. To the banana mixture add the oatmeal, oats, cinnamon and the linseed mixture. Mix until a cookie dough texture has formed
  5. Gently fold the chocolate chips into your cookie dough
  6. Scoop the dough onto the baking sheet and flatten the top with the back of your spoon
  7. Bake the cookies for 25-30 minutes until they become golden brown but remain fudgy
