- 3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese 1/4 for the filling, 1/2 cup for the crust
- 1 large egg
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon orange peel grated
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon peel grated
- 6 tablespoons chives tsp chopped, for the filling, another 2 for the crust
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 8 ounces lump crab meat fresh, I love the 16 oz container from CostCo
- 1 cup panko Japanese breadcrumbs
- 1/2 stick butter melted
- 8 slices bacon cooked and chopped, approximately 3/4 cup
- 1 medium tomato seeded and chopped, approximately 3/4 cup
- 1/2 onion small, chopped, approximately 2/3 cup
- 1 cup swiss cheese grated
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon basil fresh chopped
- 2 cans biscuits flaky, such as Hungry Jack
- sour cream

- Beat until well blended and smooth
