Grilled Ham And Cheese
- 1 deli ham Pack of Smoked Sandwhich
- 2 slices American cheese
- 2 slices provolone cheese
- 2 slices bread peferrably Italian
- crushed red pepper
- cajun seasoning Tony's, optional
- 1/4 stick butter
- Butter both sides of slices of bread.
- Slice the two cheeses into strips. Placing alternate strips on slices. Put some other slices together for ham.
- In each slice of ham, put two slices of cheese in the middle and wrap the ham around each one.
- Cook ham in small skillet on med- heat, seasoning with Cajun seasoning.
- While ham is cooking, put alternating slices of cheese on bread, sprinkling lightly with crushed red pepper.
- Warm skillet on med-low. Butter skillet. Place bread on skillet cheese side up
- When ham is done cooking, place ham rolls on cheese side. Put sandwhich together, and toast to preference yet allowing cheese to melt.
