Orange And Ricotta Tart
- 1/2 lemon
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 7/16 cups flour
- 2 eggs
- 7 tablespoons butter soft, pieces
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 cup ricotta
- 5 tablespoons orange marmalade
- chocolate chips
- Using a stand mixer, add the lemon zest and 870 grams of sugar and mix well using a paddle attachment.
- Add the flour, 1 egg, butter, and baking powder and mix well.
- Add the dough to a bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and allow to rest in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
- In another bowl, mix the ricotta with the remaining sugar, egg, marmalade, and chocolate chips.
- Preheat the oven to 170 degrees Celsius.
- Roll out the dough and grease and flour a 22-centimeter diameter pastry pan.
- Add the filling, smooth the surface and decorate with strips of pastry.
- Bakefor 25 minutes.
- Serve cold, sprinkled with powdered sugar and garnished with orange marmalade.
