Orange And Ricotta Tart

  1. Using a stand mixer, add the lemon zest and 870 grams of sugar and mix well using a paddle attachment.
  2. Add the flour, 1 egg, butter, and baking powder and mix well.
  3. Add the dough to a bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and allow to rest in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
  4. In another bowl, mix the ricotta with the remaining sugar, egg, marmalade, and chocolate chips.
  5. Preheat the oven to 170 degrees Celsius.
  6. Roll out the dough and grease and flour a 22-centimeter diameter pastry pan.
  7. Add the filling, smooth the surface and decorate with strips of pastry.
  8. Bakefor 25 minutes.
  9. Serve cold, sprinkled with powdered sugar and garnished with orange marmalade.
