Bulgur With Onion And Bell Peppers

  1. Wash the bell peppers and cut them into small cubes.
  2. Slice the onions finely and place them in a wok and saute for a few minutes with some oil.
  3. Add the peppers and saute for a few minutes.
  4. Add the bulgur and toast it for a few minutes.
  5. Add the white wine and allow it to evaporate completely.
  6. Add the boiling vegetable broth, cover with the lid, and let the bulgur absorb the liquid completely, approximately 40 minutes on low heat.
  7. Serve with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and some fresh chives.
