Moist Low-Calorie Blueberry Muffins

  1. Heat oven to 180C, Grease 12 regular size muffin cups.
  2. In bowl, mix butter until creamy. Add sugar and beat until fluffy, Add eggs one at a time, beating the entire time, Beat in vanilla, baking powder and salt.
  3. Mix in half the flour then half the milk into the batter, then repeat.ndd flour, Mix in bananas until it is only slightly chunky, Fold in berries and chocolate.
  4. Spoon into muffin cups and sprinkle nutmeg or cinnamon onto each muffin.
  5. Bake 15-20 minutes.
