Mother'S Brown Rolls

  1. Bring water and salt to boil; stir in Moltex.
  2. When it bubbles up good, remove and stir in margarine, molasses and sugar.
  3. Beat eggs and add.
  4. In large mixing pan, sprinkle yeast into 1 cup good warm water.
  5. When cereal mixture is lukewarm, combine with yeast and 2 cups flour until well mixed.
  6. Add about 8 more cups flour. Turn out and knead for 5 minutes.
  7. Return to bowl; cover and let rise.
  8. Make into good sized rolls and place in greased pans. Cover; let rise until doubled.
  9. Bake in preheated 350u0b0 oven for 25 to 28 minutes, no more.
  10. Turn out on wire racks and grease tops with butter.
  11. Makes about 5 dozen rolls.
