Chocolate Shortbread Cake

  1. Preheat oven to 360u0b0F.
  2. Grease a round cake pan with butter and sprinkle with flour. Set aside.
  3. Crush the biscuits using a food processor (or place them in a plastic bag and crush with a rolling pin).
  4. In a bowl, combine the biscuits, cocoa powder, sugar, and baking powder.
  5. In another bowl, beat the eggs well.
  6. Add the oil and the milk, and beat some more.
  7. Combine the two mixtures in one bowl, and beat until very smooth.
  8. Pour batter into cake pan and bake for about 40 minutes.
  9. Perform a toothpick test to make sure the cake is done. Once done, remove from oven, let cool for 5 minutes, then remove from the pan.
