Broccoli Blue Cheese Fettucine
- 1 bunch broccoli, tough stems removed, broken into small flowerets
- 1 stick butter
- 4 large garlic cloves, chopped
- 2 large whole green onions, finely chopped
- 1/2 c. heavy or whipping cream
- 1/4 lb. Blue cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 c. freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 3/4 lb. fresh fettucine
- salt
- lots of freshly ground pepper
- 1 (32 oz.) bag frozen Southern style hash brown potatoes, thawed
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 c. soft butter
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 (16 oz.) container sour cream

- Here's my recipe--it's not elegant, but it sure tastes good!
- The perfect dish to bring to a potluck or to round out a dinner or brunch.
