Punjabi Chicken Karahi

  1. Take chicken in a pan, add 1-2 glass of water, garlic, ginger and spices. Cook on medium flame till chicken is tender.
  2. Now in a separate pan (Karahi) heat oil add tomatoes and cook on medium flame till tomatoes become tender and most of the water is evaporated.
  3. Now add tendered chicken to it, and cook for another 10 minutes.
  4. Sprinkle chopped green chillies and simmer for 5 minutes.
