Peanut Butter Cake Squares
- 1 c. self-rising flour
- 1 stick margarine
- 3/4 c. dry roasted peanuts, chopped
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1 large container nondairy topping
- 1/3 c. peanut butter
- 1 c. powdered sugar
- 1 pkg. instant chocolate pudding
- 1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
- 2 3/4 c. cold milk
- Mix together flour, margarine and peanuts; press into baking dish and bake at 350u0b0 for 20 minutes.
- Let cool completely.
- Mix cream cheese, peanut butter, sugar and 1 cup nondairy topping. Spread this over crust.
- Mix chocolate, vanilla puddings and milk. Pour over cream cheese and chill until firm.
- Top with remaining topping.
- Grate milk chocolate over top and sprinkle with peanuts; chill and serve.
