Chocolate Pudding With Marjoram Flowers

  1. Heat the milk and set it aside.
  2. Melt the butter in a saucepan over low heat, when the butter has melted remove the saucepan from the stove and gradually add the sifted flour, stirring vigorously.
  3. Add the sugar, the cocoa, and the warm milk.
  4. Return the mixture to the stove, stir continuously while bringing it to a boil.
  5. Let the mixture boil for 1 minute, then remove it from the heat and incorporate the chocolate cut into pieces.
  6. Pour the mixture into individual dessert bowls and cool completely.
  7. Then refrigerate for a few hours and serve garnished with a few marjoram flowers.
