Chocolate Pudding With Marjoram Flowers
- 2 1/8 cups whole milk
- 6 tablespoons sugar
- 6 3/8 tablespoons flour
- 9/16 cup cocoa bittersweet, powdered
- 2 13/16 tablespoons butter
- 2 7/8 tablespoons dark chocolate
- marjoram flowers, optional
- Heat the milk and set it aside.
- Melt the butter in a saucepan over low heat, when the butter has melted remove the saucepan from the stove and gradually add the sifted flour, stirring vigorously.
- Add the sugar, the cocoa, and the warm milk.
- Return the mixture to the stove, stir continuously while bringing it to a boil.
- Let the mixture boil for 1 minute, then remove it from the heat and incorporate the chocolate cut into pieces.
- Pour the mixture into individual dessert bowls and cool completely.
- Then refrigerate for a few hours and serve garnished with a few marjoram flowers.
