Chocolate-Pear Cupcakes

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees fahrenheit.
  2. Melt 80 grams of butter in a bowl in the microwave.
  3. In a bowl, mix eggs, sugar, flour, and the melted butter.
  4. Peel and dice the pears.
  5. Add the diced pears and the baking powder to the previous mix.
  6. Mix well.
  7. Pour the mix into the muffin pan.
  8. Bake for 20 minutes.
  9. For the icing, melt 45 grams of butter and the chocolate broken into pieces in a double boiler
  10. Stir until the chocolate is smooth. Cool. Add powdered sugar, stir well. Put the mixture in a piping bag and form a rosette on each cupcake.
  11. Then place cupcakes in the refrigerator so that the icing firms up, remove from refrigerator 10 minutes before serving.
