Healthy Cauliflower Wings - No Deep Fry

  1. Preheat oven to 450F and line the baking pan with aluminium foil and grease it with oil.
  2. Add roasted oats powder,rice ,corn,all purpose flour, garlic,onion,pepper,chili powder in bowl.
  3. Add water to the mixture and Combine everything together.Dip the cauliflower to the batter and coat it well .nlace the coated cauliflower to baking pan and bake in oven for about 20 mins.
  4. Mean while heat pan with butter,hot sauce.Saute for 2 mins and then switch off the stove.
  5. After 20 mins take out the cauliflower and add to the hot sauce .Mix well such that cauliflower gets coated well with hot sauce.nake the hot sauce coated cauliflower for another 15-20 mins until crispy.
