Berry Cherry Overnight Oats
- 2/3 cup quick oats or instant
- 2/3 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 1 container cherry siggi's Black, 5.3 oz
- 8 strawberries halved and sliced
- 3 tablespoons slivered almonds
- 1 dash cinnamon
- Gather two containers with airtight lids, such as small mason jars. To each container add 1/3 cups oats, 1/3 cup almond milk, and half of the container of siggi's Black Cherry 2% skyr. Give the jar a swirl or use a spoon to stir to mix the dry oats with the liquid. Layer 1 1/2 tablespoons slivered almonds and 3-4 halved and sliced strawberries on top of the oat mixture. Sprinkle with cinnamon to taste, then cover and seal.
- Place in the refrigerator for 6-8 hours or overnight. In the morning, simply remove the lid, stir to combine the almonds and strawberries, and enjoy. Overnight oats should be enjoyed within 1-2 days for best quality.
