Chicken Sesame Stir Fry
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 1/2 pounds Foster Farms boneless skinless chicken breasts cut into 2 inch pieces
- 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon ginger root minced
- 3 green onions sliced
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 pound broccoli flowerettes
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- In skillet or wok, heat oils over medium high heat. Saute chicken until cooked through; remove to bowl.
- In drippings, saute pepper flakes, garlic, ginger and green onions for 2 minutes. Add broth and soy sauce and bring to a boil.
- Add broccoli and stir fry until crisp-tender. Remove broccoli.
- In a cup, blend sugar, cornstarch and vinegar and add to pan. Boil 1 minute. Return chicken and broccoli and heat through.
