Bean And Cheese Burritos

  1. To soften tortillas, stack and wrap in foil.
  2. Heat in a 350u0b0 oven for 10 minutes.
  3. Meanwhile in a medium saucepan, cook the onion in water until tender.
  4. Do not drain.
  5. Stir in the refried beans and green chilies; cook and stir until heated through. Spoon about 1/3 cup of the bean mixture onto each tortilla. Sprinkle about 3 tablespoons of the Monterey Jack cheese on top of the bean mixture; roll up tortilla.
  6. Place on a foil-lined baking sheet.
  7. Bake loosely covered in a 350u0b0 oven for about 10 minutes or until heated through.
