Sausage, Apple And Onion Tart

  1. Roll out pastry. Press into a 9-inch fluted tart pan with removable bottom. Trim edges. Refrigerate 30 mins.
  2. Preheat the oven to 400u0b0F. Heat a baking sheet in oven. Heat oil in a large skillet on medium heat. Cook sausages in 6-8 mins until golden. Remove from pan. Add onions and apples to pan. Cook, stirring, for 5-6 mins.
  3. Slice sausages; place in tart crust with onions and apples. Mix eggs, mustard, creme fraiche, milk and parsley in a medium bowl; season. Pour over filling. Place tart pan on hot baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 25 mins until egg mixture has set.
