Rich'S Mother'S Modified Chili
- 1 28 oz. can concentrated tomatoes
- 3 8 oz. cans all-natural tomato sauce
- 1 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1 tsp. onion salt
- 2 tsp. crushed red pepper
- 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
- 1 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp. hickory Liquid Smoke
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/3 c. chopped onions
- 1/3 c. chopped green peppers
- 1 32 oz. can kidney beans, drained
- Brown ground beef in large pot.
- Drain off any fat.
- Over medium heat, add tomatoes and remaining ingredients, stirring after each addition.
- Add the kidney beans last.
- After mixture begins to bubble, turn heat to low and simmer for 30-40 minutes.
