Taco Salad
- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1 Tbsp. chili powder
- 2/3 c. Catalina dressing
- 1 can kidney beans, drained
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 3 medium tomatoes, chopped
- 1 c. chopped green pepper
- 1/3 c. Catalina dressing
- 2 avocados, peeled and mashed
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 4 crisp bacon slices, crumbled
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- dash of Tabasco sauce
- Doritos
- shredded lettuce
- chili peppers
- Cheddar cheese, grated
- Brown the meat over low heat. Drain. Stir in beans, chili powder, salt and 2/3 cup Catalina dressing.
- Cover and simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
