Crab And Avocado Bruschetta

  1. Sprinkle the avocado with the lemon juice. Heat 1 tsp oil in a grill pan and toast the bread, turning, for 4 mins. Remove from the pan and set aside.
  2. In a small bowl, mix the vinegar and honey and season with salt and black pepper. Gradually whisk in 2 tbsp oil.
  3. In a large bowl, mix the avocado, pepper, lettuce and crab; drizzle with the dressing. Stir in the chopped dill and season with salt and black pepper. Garnish with the lemon wedges and the remaining dill and serve with the bread.
