Slow Cooker Lasagna
- 1 package uncooked lasagna
- marinara sauce Quart of your favorite
- 1 pound ground Italian sausage browned
- 1 pound ground turkey browned
- 1 diced onion
- ricotta cheese
- mozzarella cheese shredded, fresh sliced
- Parmesan cheese
- garlic powder
- sea salt
- ground pepper Fresh
- fresh basil
- Combine favorite marinara sauce, itlaian sausage, and ground turkey in large pot and let simmer
- Combine ricotta, mozzerella, parmesean cheese., 1 table spoon of garlic powder, and salt and pepper to taste.
- Coat the floor of crock pot with meat sauce; then add a layer of uncooked lasagna; next add a layer of cheese mixture; next add a layer of scattered basil leave; next add a layer of meat sauce
- Repeat the layering process until you have almost reached the top of your crock pot. Make sure the dish ends with a layer of uncooked lasagna on top.
- Add another layer of meat sauce then completely top with thinly sliced & shredded fresh mozzarella.
- Cook on low for 5 hours or high for 3.
- Let cool for 15 - 20 minutes then serve
